About:China Flight

I'm fliyng from Singapore to Milan with a 1h and 10min layover in Beijing Capital Airport.

I'll fly with Air china company for both flights. Is enough the I-I transit time to T3-E 3F to T3E 2F?
Should I inform the company to have this short layover time?

It should be fine as you are change within the same terminal. And as I read online, you should not need to deal with luggage in Beijing when making the transfer right. You can have your luggage delivered to Milan directly when you arrange it in Singapore. I think you need to request this luggage delivery in advance.
