About:China Visa

from CHINESE WORKING VISA to CHINESE BUSINESS VISA

filipino based in shenzhen, working for the same chinese company for over 15 years.
planning not to renew my contract that will end october of this year- same month that
my chinese working visa expires.
since i plan to do business with a chinese local in dongguan, can i just apply for a business visa
in mainland china or back in the philippines?
should i also keep several weeks of my chinese working visa before it expires or should i
just wait for it to be totally expired before applying for a business visa?

If so, you can try to change your work Z type into business M type at the exit and entry administration of the local PSB within China. If it can succeed, you don’t need to go back to your home country for that. You can go to the local PSB to inquire the details.
