Is there any train from chengdu go to Thailand Or vietnam or Myanmar?

No such railway service. You need to use flight, or you can go from Chengdu to Kunming first and then take train to Hekou and go through the boundary to Vietnam. Or go to Nanning and then change train from Nanning to Vietnam.0
