About:Overstaying in China & Penalty

I overstayed for one month paid 10,000 rmb and was allowed back into China.

No one told me I was banned or blacklisted and it's been a year since I came homebut I'm still worried they will decline my tourist visa application if I apply again. Do you think they will? Thanks

Hard to say. However, the worst decision is to lie and say you have not overstayed when they already have your fingerprints on record. Visa officers make decisions on a variety of factors since there is no known rule governing the issuance of a visa.
