Train to hong kong island airport

Hi, were currently in Guangzhou in the district of tian he and would like to travel to Hong Kong island airport tomrorow (sunday) by ferry.
What is the nearest Port to the tian the district

Lianhuashan Port. but I think this ferry service only offers to passengers who make a transfer in HK without going through immigration check of HK.
