Visa to attend conference for Bangladeshi Citizen

Hello Sir!

Good day.

I am a Bangladeshi citizen have been working in Malaysia for more than six(6) years as Senior Lecturer in a public university (Universiti Malaysia Pahang). I have received an acceptance to attend a conference at Luoyand, China. Conference date is May 17-18, 2019. Would you please let me know whether I have enough time to apply.
