About:China Private Visit Visa

I am a mother applying for s1 visa together with my 3months old baby. Do I need to apply for two visas one for the baby and one for myself or how will it be?

Yes, you need two visas. You should first prepare a filled-out application form affixed with 1 passport-style photo, your passport and its photocopy, bank statement, an invitation letter and the copies of the inviter's passport and residence permit, and your relationship certificate as well as others. Next, go to the embassy of China to submit the application.
