About:240-Hour Visa-Free Transit

144hr visa free transit. Australian passport.

Cruise from Singapore to Shanghai, stopover 2nights fly back Shanghai/Singapore/Australia.

The most important detail here is, do you have at least one port call between Singapore and Shanghai, but not within mainland China? I am telling (asking) you this because if this is not true, then you will not be able to return to Singapore and to obtain 144 hours visa free travel. Simply speaking this would be a return trip Singapore to Shanghai and not a transit.
