About:Hainan 30-Day Visa-Free Access

I am from Romania and i want to visit a friend in Haikou. What visa do i need?

I saw that Romania is on the visa free list, does that means that i can just but a ticket and flight there?

Not really, it requires you to be received by local travel agencies. That is a must.
