About:24-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Indonesian Passport. will I be granted the 24-hour transit visa?

Hi.. I hold Indonesian passport and will be arriving at Shanghai via Cruise and leaving with airplanes within 24 hours layover...

Yes, you will be granted 24 hours TWOV because your itinerary is perfectly within the legal frame. Just one detail... Your cruise that you will arrive in Shanghai should definitely not originate in some other mainland Chinese port city, but from other country or eligible territory (Macau, Taiwan, Hong Kong).
