Does the receptionist or information desk officer speaks English at Shanghai Pudong Airport?

Just wanna ask if in Shanghai Po Dong, China is my connecting flight. Does the information desk in there speaks English? And does it have terminal 1,2,3 or 4? What terminal should I go going to Canada. Our airline is china eastern. I'll be leaving this Sunday please help. I'm a first time traveler abroad. Thank you
