I was born on 19 Jan 2001,I wanted to know if would achieve my goals(academic)this year

Born 19 Jan 2001( dragon, Female)For six years I've been trying to reach at a position(academically) that I've worked day & night for but couldn't do it. This year is really important for me as I've to make career choices I want to know if I would finally achieve my goal & that too a profitable career. Also where would I be in ten years.
