what is the requirements to apply for a visa to visit my husband working in China as a mother with her 3months old baby, and what will be the cost?

You can apply for S type, and you may need to provide passport, passport-style photo, a completed application form, an invitation letter from your husband and copy of his passport and residence permit, as well as your marriage certificate and the baby's birth certificate as well as others. You may need to pay USD100 per person.
