My husband born on 9 March 1957 Health and Deep water

My husband born on 9 March 1957 (Chinese lunar calendar is February 8,1957), when I read his Zodiac sign advised to avoid deep water. This year August we will be taking a cruise to Alaska and already paid for. He is currently suffering bit of Dizziness due to Meniere's disease (disorder of the inner ear).
