How difficult is it to leave Guangzhou airport to stay in a local hotel?

We arrive at 4.30 and leave for Nha Trang the next morning. We would like to stay in a hotel overnight but I’m worried about the process of leaving and renetering the airport as we do not speak Chinese. I would really appreciate any advice. Thank you
