what are the requirements to apply for a visa to visit my husband working in China as a mother with her 3months old baby? And what will be the cost?

You can apply for S type, and you should prepare a filled-out application form affixed with passport-style photo, your passport and its photocopy, your medical certificate, your husband's copies of passport and Chinese residence permit, and bank statement and your relationship certificate.
