Does North Square of North Railway Station of Chongqing metro Line 10 go to airport?

Does North Square of North Railway Station of subway Line 10 go to airport? Why sites advise using Line 3 which has more stop stations?

Yes, you can take the metro line 10 from the North Square of North Railway Station to Terminal 3, Jiangbei Airport directly.
