About:Chinese Clay Figurine Museum

Flying on Pakistani passport with Canadian prc from lhe to Urimuqi (3 hour layover) to Ghanzhao

With a 15 hour stay there to Canada.

Does the traveller need an L visa? Is the cost $142 cad?

Every passport needs L visa for more than 2 hours transit in Urumqi airport. Pakistani Passport needs L visa for all transits in Urumqi. Where to apply I don't know but i assume you need to pay whatever Pakistani passport pays as the residency means nothing to china or the visa process.
