PRC Passport renewal requirements

Hi! My husband already passed the initial application process through the app and secured an appointment with the Embassy. May I ask po what are the requirements aside from the following?

Screenshot of order/application confirmation
Original Passport
Original I-card
Birth Certificate
ID photos 48mm x 33mm

Did your husband upload other materials (like work visa of Philippines) to the APP? If yes, the original materials should also be taken when going to the Embassy.
