About:China Green Card (Permanent Residence Permit)

Permanant visa

I am a Irish citizen and retired and married to a chinese woman for ten years she is a doctor and still working, before returning to china we both lived in uk we both now live in china for the past four years can I apply for permanant visa

After getting married, if you have lived in China for 5 years in a row and the annual stay is no less than 9 months, and have stable and secured living status and place to live in China, you can apply for the permanent residence permit.
