About:How do you get from Guangzhou airport to the city?

I am arriving from Singapore to Guangzhou Baiyun Airport at 2.15 am on the 13th of April

And guessing that no public transport except taxis can get me to my hotel "Freier Apartments" at Block A, Building 3, Pazhou New Village, Xingang East Road, Hai Zhu District, Guangzhou. Do taxis have meters and are they reliable or do you haggle with drivers before hand!!!? Any idea what I should have to pay? Thanks for the advice!

The cab fare ranges from CNY180-200 at night. Generally, they are reliable and have meters. However, if the price is not reasonable, you can haggle with them.
