About:China Work Visa

Z Visa application in Shanghai

Hello
I have a Chinese tourist visa (L ) 60days multiple entry.
I am having issues as i am not in my home country and the country i am residing says they cannot apply.
Thus, can i apply for the Z Visa once in Shanghai ?

You can have a try, but I'm afraid it's not easy to apply from Shanghai.
