hi, where to purchase the battery car ticket in Hangzhou West Lake?

And do they limited the time we can look around in every tourist attraction?

Just buy tickets when you get on the car. The ticket is one-way and if you get off, it will be invalid. You need to buy a new ticket if you want to get on again.
