About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Am I able to get a 144hr Visa

Im going on a cruise and will be getting off in Hong Kong for half a day tour then getting back on the ship will be getting off in Shanghai and staying 2 nights and then flying out from there,Im confused to knowing what to do, Do I get a Visa or just get the 144hr one.
