What is the best and fastest way to travel to Hong Kong?

when my flight arrives at Shenzhen Airport at 1am in the morning?

The only, and therefore best, is to take a taxi from the airport to Huanggang Checkpoint as the only 24 hour crossing. From there you can ride all night buses to places in HK, getting off to enter HK immigration or ride the Yellow Bus to HK immigration and take a taxi from there.
