About:144-Hour Visa-Free Transit

[Help]Urgent 144 hour visa question - French Passport holder

I'm planning to fly from Hanoi (Vietnam) -> Shanghai (3days) -> HongKong(transit 2 hours) -> Hanoi.
Am I eligible for the 144h transit free? Thank you.

As long as Vietnam -> Shanghai does not also make a landing in Hong Kong + Shanghai is your only mainland landing then you don't need a visa.
