What is the best way from Beijing Capital Apt T3 to TianAn Rega Hotal at Dongcheng District?

You can take the Shuttle Bus Line 13 to Wangfujing Street and then there are still 1.1km from the hotel. You can walk south directly or take a taxi, which costs about CNY10.
