About:Policy for Foreigners with Immediate Family Living in China

My wife’s a student in China and I’m also in China

My wife will graduate in2020 and I’m graduating in July 2019 so my visa is about to expire in less than 3 months. How can I go about it ? Do I need to go back to my country first or what?

If so, you can try to go to the exit and entry administration of the local PSB to inquire if you can extend your visa to stay longer time in China.
