About:Policy for Foreigners with Immediate Family Living in China

Spouse visa. Hi, I am a Bangladeshi.

I married to a chinese in my home country. Now my wife is in Bangladesh. From Bangladesh how can I get spouse visa to come to China with her?

You can try to apply for family Q type, and you can provide the required documents include your passport, the application form, a passport-style photo, an invitation letter from your wife and copy of her Chinese ID card, as well as your marriage certificate, and other documents the consular officers consider necessary. Next, submit the application to China embassy.
