About:First Time China

Flying from London to Japan via Beijing

We are planing a Trip to Tokyo by Air China. Flight is from London via Beijing to Tokyo and return Flight is Osaka Via Beijing to London.
We have UK Passport.

Is 144 hours transit visa available on both part of the journey or just from Osaka to London.
