Any wholesale market for purchasing the UTENSILS and GROCERIES in Shanghai?

I am new to the city and I am looking for the groceries and utensils to purchase, I visited some of the stores it seems to be costly.

Can anyone please suggest the proper place where I can buy UTENSILS and GROCERIES specially Indian spices and food items.
