We have booked train tickets with you from Beijing to Ulaanbaatar 3rd class on the 3rd of April.

Our sests no. are 05, 06, 07 are there 2 bottom beds? Do food included with the tickets?

I think odd number is lower bed, so you should have two lower beds and one upper bed. There is no food included in the ticket price.
