Travel to Shenzhen via Hong Kong

Hi I am a South African passport holder and traveling to Shenzhen via Hong Kong on short notice. Will enter through Lo Wu. Will I qualify for a VOA ?I have been granted a visa before.

Maybe you can apply Shenzhen VOA at Luohu. You can contact them to confirm that beforehand.
