Bus between TLP and Shangri-La

Hi there, we're planning to take the direct bus from Tina's in Tiger Leaping Gorge to Shangri-la in May. I've heard all these buses allows smoking and the windows can't be open. Is this true? Are there non-smoking buses available to Shangri-la please? Thanks.

Well, as I know, there is no non-smoking buses available. Most of the coaches allow smoking but the windows can open. Or you are suggested to hire a private car to the destination.
