About:First Time China

144hr stay in Beijing

I am Russian passport holder. I am traveling Melbourne-Manila-Beijing-Russia. Arriving to Beijing at 1:25AM on 3,April and leaving at 1:55AM on 6 of April. Is it fine for 144 hr stay ? I have heard that for Beijing the count start from arrival time.
