About:240-hour Visa-free Transit in Beijing, Tianjin & Hebei

I was planing to buy 2 tickets: one return Europe Beijing

And another return BJ -Hong Kong- Cambodia. I am Croatian citizen and in this way I would need to use visa free entry in Beijing for 2 or 3 days twice in about 2 weeks.
I just wanted to check if this is completely ok or is there any restriction

For your second route: Beijing - Hong Kong - Cambodia, if you come from a third region or country, you can enjoy the 144 hours visa.

In addition, what about your first route?
