About:How to Travel to China without a Visa

visa free transit in Guangzhou

I am flying Brisbane to Siem Reap with 27 hr layover in Guangzouh.
4 days in Siem Reap then to Guangzhou for 3 days, then Brisbane.
Am I eligible for visa free transit and can I travel the city during the layover?
