About:China Customs Declaration

I have a work cell phone, personal cell phone, and tablet.

I understand there is a 5000 CNY limit before one has to declare personal electronics. Is that per item or collectively for all items?

In fact, the limit of total items is CNY2000, but it is only about the items will be left in China. So it is okay for you to take your phones and tablets without declaration.
