information regarding chinese business visa for an indian citizen living in germany

I am a citizen of India and a resident of Germany. I wish to apply for a Chinese Business m soon. I would like to know if I need an appointment to submit the documents, and how long does it take to issue the entry permit. Also, is there a fast-track emergency visa that I can apply for and get it as soon as possible? If so, what is the fee?

As I know, you don't have to make the appointment. You can contact the visa office to confirm that. It usually takes four working days for the processing, and you can also apply the 2 or 3 days rush service at the office.
