Hi you are very polite there was everyone got a answer I would like to ask you that I am in china with one month tourist visit and now a Chinese company who gives me a opportunity work with him may I know how will be get Z and what documents required from the company side thanks

You can try to change your L type into work Z type at the exit and entry administration of the local PSB within China after you get the work permit from your employer. If it can succeed, you don't need to leave China for that.
