Where do I find the PSB office in ZhengZhou(Henan)

Hi. My current tourist visa is expiring on March 30. Where do I find the PSB office in ZhengZhou(Henan) and how long is the turnaround for visa extension application? Also, what are the requirements needed to apply for extension? I'm currently staying at a friends apartment so I don't have the temporary residence certificate. Do i really need to provide this and itinerary? I'm originally here for a short vacation but then decided to look for a job opportunity. I'm currently waiting for the result of my application and wants to extend my tourist entry permit in the mean time.

If you intend to extend the L type, you may need to provide your passport, the completed application form, a recently-taken bareheaded color photo, registration form of temporary residence, accommodation arrangement and the return ticket. You can apply to the local Exit and Entry Administration.
