About:Best Dongbei Restaurants in Beijing

I am flying into Beijing Capital Airport from UAE.

Can i stay in PEK for 2 days, fly from PEK to HKG for 1 day then back to PEK for 1day then fly back to UAE with no china visa required? I have an Irish passport

UAE-China-Hong Kong-China-UAE on an Irish passport doesn't require a visa.
