About:24-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Transit in Guanzhou. I believe I qualify for the 24-hr free transit visa. Where do I obtain this?

I will be arriving CAN from KUL at 1:05 pm on my way back to Denver, Colorado leaving CAN at 1:30 am the next day. At the CAN airport?
I would like to do some sightseeing. Are there tour companies that pick up from the airport?

It's not a transit visa.
They'll give you a temporary permit to leave the airport.
But it's up to the immigration if you'll get this permit or not.
In bad case you have to stay in the transit zone to wait for your next flight.
