About:240-Hour Visa-Free Transit

am I eligible for the 144 hr free transit?

Hi! traveling from ATL->PVG staying 3 days and then traveling back to ATL. Am I eligible to not have to get a visa?

Of course you do not qualify for visa-free transit, because you're not in transit. It's a visit to China and you must get a visa.
