Certified True Copy of education certs from China

Hi all, I have a few colleagues from China but now working at our branch in Singapore would want to come to Malaysia to train our employee's here for our new project.

However, to apply for Professional Visit Pass, we need to certify true copy of the certs by the China Embassy.

Can I know what are the requirements or what to prepare before I go to the embassy.

You can apply for business M type, and you need to provide your passport and copy of its data page, the completed application form attached with passport-style photo, residence permit, an invitation letter from Chinese company, bank statement, as well as other documents the consular officers consider necessary.
