Which Xiaomi Store provides tax refund form in Beijing?
I would like to buy xiaomi products in Beijing. Are all Xiaomi Official Stores in Beijing can issue a tax refund form?
Also, do the products need to be in their original packaging (i.e. wrapped) to claim for tax refund? Since I believe that upon purchase, usually we would want to open the goods to check whether they work or not. Can we still claim for tax refund if the products are already opened (i.e. not having their original packaging)?
