Can Thai passport holders who have been granted for Chinese VISA to obtain a 5-day VOA for Shenzhen?

Can Thai passport holders who have been granted for Chinese VISA in the old passport to obtain a 5-day VOA for Shenzhen?

It's possible for you to apply Shenzhen VOA. You are advised to contact the VOA port to confirm that beforehand.
