About:How to Collect a Train Ticket

Good morning, I will be traveling by train from Shanghai to Beijing later in March

I purchased tickets with a pickup number using your website. Can I pick up these tickets at PVG Airport when I arrive there?

Thank you for your inquiry.
There is no railway station in Pudong airport therefore, you cannot collect the ticket in PVG airport. You can do it at any railway station including Shanghai Railway Station, Shanghai Hongqiao Station, Shanghai South Station and Shanghai West Station.
