About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Beijing Layover. And if so is the desk open at 1am in the aiport for the 72hour visa ?

Hi from canada going to thailand, on the way back i arrive a 1am in Beijing for 12hours do i need a visa to go to my hotel ?

Immigration is staffed as long as there are international flights which is basically 24/7 in major airports. Don't worry.
