Also, is the plan spread out ok for this itinerary?More time near Kanas rather than Hemu?? Please help me with the (???) >.<First day:1. Arriving at Beitunshi [Xinjiang] early at 7am by taking the overnight train. 2. Take shuttle (???) from train station to Kanas Reserve for 5+ hours?3. Arrive at Kanas Reserve and sightsee rest of the afternoon4. Find nearby accommodation with local family (???)Second day:1. Sightsee Kanas Lake2. Get to Hemu village by horse (???)Third day:1. Hi Esther pls note following info : * there is no shuttle bus goes to Kanas lake from Bei tun , i think you can go to Buerjin first ( 90kms ) and take a taxi from there ( you may share taxi with other people ) * Kanas lake is really big area , you may see 3 bays , Kanas lake , kanas river and also Fish observation pavilion ( Guan yu tai in Chinese ) , you can definitely spend one and hald day inside . doing some trekking . * From Jia deng yu ( Kanas lake entrance / ticket office ) still quite far from Hemu village , about 35 kms , i dont know how it will take by horse but i felt its too long for riding . if you want to ride horse better to start from Jia deng yu in the morning .    in He mu village hald a day is enough to see it . * return to urumqi options 1. you can take a flight from Kanas airport , 55 kms from jia deng yu 2. you can take a night sleeper bus from Buerjin to Urumqi 2. you can go to Altay city and take flight to Urumqi ( Altay airprot 220 kms from Kanas lake ) from Buerjin you can take night sleeper bus to Urumqi .
